Weiter Übersetzung folgt....

Super stable in light or gusty winds, super stable when over flying above your head, easy auto relaunch with a curved leading edge, tons of depower due to the bridle config, great bottom end grunt to get going in lighter winds.

From our tests so far, the feed back from our riders has been more than excellent.

Aggressive Freestyle and Wave  Setting
Optimized for aggressive freestyle unhooked and wave riding. Plenty of punch and pop in the power to depower and solid responsive medium bar pressure. Very forgiving and stable when you mess up a trick and easy auto relaunch if the kite goes into the drink. If your into surf or freestyle and like a kite with plenty of punch and turning speed that jumps like a rocket then this is the kite for you.

Light Bar Setting
If your after a smooth ride with lighter bar pressure and just want to cruise this may be the setting for you. Less bar pressure and very smooth power to depower lets you kite all day or learn without getting tired as quickly because of less bar pressure and smooth power delivery in the bar. If you just want to cruise and kite for hours on end on a kite that turns smoothly and gives floaty jumps this this is the setting for you.

Wind Ranges - 2010 Argo 80kg rider twin-tip
7m 17 to 30 Knots
9m 15 to 27+ knots
10m 14 to 26
11m 13 to 25 knots
13m  11 to 18 knots

For a 85kg rider on a 145 twin tip. Lighter riders (75kg) could start a number of knots earlier but not hold in stronger winds. Heaver riders would have more top end.

Argo Setting
The argo comes with default setting which will suit most riders. Settings are clearly marked on the kite.
You should only use ONE of the below settings. If you use settings other than below the kite may not perform as well.

Light Bar Setting
Light Bar turning - 1, 4, A, C
Very light bar pressure, good for rider who do not want any bar pressure, riders with tennis elbow.
Smoother power to depower, less bar feel due to light bar pressure.

Default Setting
Default turning - 2, 5, A, C
Medium to light bar pressure, smooth power delivery. Better bar feedback when powering up or de-powering or turning.

Heavy Bar Setting ( for light wind only )
This setting is not labeled on the kite like the other 2 above, if you want to use this setting read the below.
Default turning - 3, 6, A, C
This setting offers the best performance for the kite in lighter winds and is good for beginners + pros in sub 18 knots. It gives more pop, more depower, more bottom end, more stability in very light winds, better relaunch, better bar feedback, better turning, less bar travel to power-depower. Bar pressure is medium to heavy in lighter winds and heavy in stronger winds. This is the designers favorite setting in lighter winds. In strong winds ( 18knots + ) do not use this setting as this setting is designed for light wind only and in strong winds the kite will not fly well and bar pressure is too much. In stronger winds, jump back to the default setting

Argo vs Griffin Which to get?

The Griffin and Argo are very different kites.

For schools and learners I would say go the Argo as it offers easy relaunch because of the curved leading edge and is super stable because of the low aspect design which deliveries a kite that will make you progress much faster.

For Freestyle and Wave I would also say go the Argo as it performs excellently for upwind and down the line wave riding as well as unhooked riding and has plenty of turning speed and depower and grunt for aggressive wake and wave riding. And if your learning a new trick the auto relaunch will help you progress faster.

For all round cruising and better wind range as well as learning the Griffin is an excellent choice as it relaunched easily and is a great all round kite in waves and flat water.

the 9m has the power of a 10m and turns like a 5-6 meter, relaunches easily in all winds and is stable and performs well when unhooking.

We have a number of team riders putting the kite though its paces in a number of countries. More info will be up soon....

7m Small bar recommended

9m Small bar recommended

10m Small or medium bar recommended

11m Medium bar recommended

13.5m Medium bar recommended

Note: Bar and lines are 4 line setup and line lengths are equal lengths.

Other bars may work with the griffins and argos but may not have the correct line lengths and will need to be tested carefully in light winds if you are considering using a  different bar.
